“They don’t pick up from private places, which is fine, and they told me to come to Recoleta Turist Information at 9:30. There were other people waiting there is well, on of which told me that they told him they will pick him up at 9:00. Nobody came, so I called the contact number which they state is for emergency only (there isn’t other number and I suppose this counts as an emergency?), they told me that the pick-up is at 9:40 which was actually the time at which I called and I told them there is nobody here. So, they tell me to wait and that the bus will…”
